The Challenges

You will collaborate with Healthcare Group institutions to align Healthcare Group’s strategy, people, processes and technology to achieve Healthcare Group’s vision.

You will achieve this through organising Healthcare Group’s annual corporate strategy retreat. You will also need to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to track performance of Healthcare Group institutions against Healthcare Group’s goals and objectives, for example, through tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via Balance Scorecard (BSC).

You will need to formulate, manage and implement processes to ensure the operational readiness of the organisation. You will do this by reviewing and coordinating harmonisation of processes across the cluster. You are also to implement change management initiatives across Healthcare Group.

The Requirements
*Degree with minimum 5 years of work experience.
*Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage, though not essential.
*Experience in corporate event planning and project management.
*Experience in process re-engineering and change management.
*Excellent facilitation skills for group discussion, workshops, etc.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong analytical skills and an innovator
*Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
*Adaptable, goal-oriented, self-starter who is pro-active and able to work under pressure
*Candidates who have pursued a career stint as management consultants or in a corporate
planning role in large organisations would have an added advantage.

**Please note that applicant must have studied a full time degree course and obtained A1 or A2 results in the English Subject.
