With close to 1.5 year’s experience and armed with an arsenal of training programs which consists bodyweight circuits, weights training, kick-boxing, undulation rope workout, etc , I’ll bring to closer to achieving that desired physique that you’ve always wanted. Just to share some knowledge,
1) Cardiovascular exercises (running, etc) does not help you lose weight as effective as you think!
2) It’s not what you eat that matters, it’s HOW you eat!
3) Doing high repetitions of low weights does not give you muscle definition, or the ripped look
4) You don’t become more muscular just by lifting weights (common perception by people)
