Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries
• Work with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery
• Update and retrieve information via internal customer information system
• Develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures and process to better customer satisfaction.
• Attend product and process trainings
• Prepare letters to customers when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Pre-requisite & Competencies :
• GCE ‘N’ level
• Able to communicate in English is a must.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is an advantage.
• Good listening skills
• Customer focused and oriented personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working hours
• 5 working days (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
• 10am to 7pm / 1pm to 10pm
Other information:
- Based at Tampines.
Salary up to $1.2k
