Am reluctantly selling my small retail business in Singapore which I had set up about 2 years ago. I currently have a very profitable retail outlet in Millenia Walk, but I am selling it as my husband has suddenly been posted overseas.
Business has been profitable from day one, with strong, consistent and growing monthly sales and good profit margin after COGS, rental and staff expenses. Annual net profit margin is about 30% of gross sales. I also have built up a very strong and valuable VIP client list of regular returning and high spending customers. My label is also quite well known amongst women looking to buy executive working wear. In addition I have maintained good records of sales, expenses, and kept all sales receipts to support P&L statement.
I am looking for 4 months average sales as the sales price. Sale will include takeover of fully furnished shopfront, new designs of stock good for two months of sales, VIP client list and manufacturer contacts. I can also provide new designs and mentorship if required for up to four months to the buyer to ease the transfer of ownership.
Website is also included. Website is fully set up and running for 2 years, with shopping cart and it\'s own sales records. The above mentioned sales and profit figures are excluding profit from website.
