I have a single Chinese Malaysian professional lady working in Ang Mo Kio HDB branch office. She is holding onto a employment pass and normal working hours. Will be able to move in immediately if room is suitable. She does not cook and aircon is optional. In most weekends she will go back to Johor to visit her parents unless OT is required.
