Dear landlords,
I have a single Chinese Malaysian female tenant from Johor working in Orchard as a marketing executive. Travels back to JB at least once a month on the weekends. Does not cook as her schedule is quite busy and works 6 days a week in normal office hours. She holds an employment pass and able to shift in immediately as currently staying temporary in a relative’s house. Location wise is fine with her as long as there is a direct bus to town area or within 10 min walk to any MRT station. Please call Jeffrey @ 96179459 if you have a room available for my tenant.
