I have a single Chinese Malaysian female music teacher working holding onto employment pass. Her working hours for weekdays is from afternoon till night time. On weekends she holds private lessons at the student’s house and will return back to Malaysia at least once a month on her weekends. She rarely cooks and will need to use the washing machine at most 2 times a week. Room Location is not a problem as long as the room condition is deem suitable for her liking. She has a high budget of up to $1100 for a single room. Able to move in anytime as she’s currently staying in a relative’s house.
