I have a 2 malaysian Chinese female cousins working as a banker and accountant respectively. Currently holding onto employment pass and able to move in immediately with 1 week notice. Both of them work 5-days week and may return back to KL sometimes on the weekends. The location of the room is fine as long as it is accessible to town area.
