I have a single Chinese Malaysian professional lady working as an auditor and holding onto employment pass. Due to her nature of work, she will be travelling most of the time and location will not be a problem as long as room condition is deem suitable for her and will be able to shift in anytime as currently she is staying over at a friend’s place. During alternate weekends, she may go back to Johor to visit her family, rarely cooks and has a high budget of up to $1000/mth.
