Description
Our client is inviting vibrant, energetic and result-oriented candidates to join them in the Sales Department where you play a key role in managing strategic relationships with their sales force, an important distribution channel, to achieve the company’s key sales objectives. The consultant plays an important role in managing the agency distribution channel to achieve peak performance. You will maintain close rapport and regular communication with the customers. This includes formulating and executing sales initiatives to achieve various sales objectives, enforcing quality assurance standards in order to maintain a highly professional distribution channel, and disseminating key information and company directions to the agency force. You will need to work with various profit centres and key departments to value-add to the distribution channel. The candidate must thrive under a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
At least Diploma in any discipline,preferably degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Self-starter with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
Demonstrated leadership ability and a team player
Initiative, independent, result-oriented, sociable and creative
Good management skills
Ability to communicate effectively
