Requirements
· A good degree in any discipline. Candidates with degree in Social Work or Psychology or related field have an advantage.
· Minimum 1 year work experience in a related field, demonstrated some research experience, analytical skills, and project management.
· Good analytical, writing, communication and project management skills. Have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills to promote youth sector development work.
· Experience in administrating and evaluating grants, events management and youth development tools would be valued
