Position 1: Marketing Executive (Full Time/ Part Time)
Ø Marketing of Industrial Properties
Ø Prospecting, attending and securing tenants
Ø Build and reach targeted customer segments
Ø Building and maintaining good relationship with clients
Requirements
Diploma Holder & Bilingual
Energetic, self-motivated and committed to achieve
Min 1 year experience in Corporate Sales
Experience in any industrial related sales is a plus
Candidate must possess Class 3 driving license (Preferably with own vehicle)
Position 2. Marketing Communications Officer (Full Time)
Ø Coordinating advertisements of the organization
Ø Prepare organization’s submissions for awards
Ø Assist in the production of the monthly newsletter
Ø Coordinate the design & production of corporate items
Ø To provide marketing support to the various departments
Requirements
Diploma Holder
Creative mind and flair for design
Advertising & Marketing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
Pleasant with excellent communication and writing skills.
Position 3. Marketing Executive (Part Time)
Ø Engage in outdoor activities (E.g. Conduct viewings & open house) with clients
Ø Building and maintaining good relationship with owners
Ø Cold calling to potential clients & achieve sales target
Ø To meet up with buyers, negotiate and obtain an offer.
Ø Leads Penetration
Requirements
Bilingual
Computer literate with GCE 'O' level and above
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, self-motivated and committed to achieve
Candidate must possess Class 3 driving license (Preferably with own vehicle)
Working Hours:
Full Time Position: Weekdays: 9-6pm, Alternate Sat: 9-1pm
Part Time Position: Only work on weekends & public holidays, 9am-6pm.
