Description
We are a training and consulting organization and the Program Administrator's task is to:
- Manage participants registration for courses,
- Manage participant's database,
- Ensure participants are placed in the right classes/courses,
- Help the sales coordinator to start classes and liaise with the Operations Manager to see to the smooth flow of each course/class.
Candidates should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, posses a positive outlook, have good people & communication skills. This will be a permenant position though sometimes staff will be required to work in the evenings e.g. visiting the evening classes. 5 day week from 9 am to 6 pm.
