Description
Job Duties:-
* Work closely with operation teams to resolve product reliability, test and measurement issues
* Provide technical leadership in the establishment and maintenance of process control using appropriate statistical tools and techniques.
* Lead and support in the qualification of new suppliers, products, consumables as well as processes.
* Conducting investigation and respond to customer complaints and warranty returns
* Coordinating and conducting internal quality auditing on a periodical basis
* Leading and participating in quality improvement programs and cross functional projects.
Requirements:-
* Degree in Photonics, Physics or Engineering field with minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience.
* Familiarity with PDCA problem-solving methodology, 7QC tools, FMEA, DOE and SPC techniques and Six Sigma Methodology is desired.
* Have a strong analytical ability with good communication skills.
* Working pattern : 5-day week
* Salary : $2500 - $5000
* Singaporean or SPR (from Malaysia only)
* Working location: Ang Mo Kio
