Description
Experience in Enterprise Server.
Min 2-3 yrs hand-on experience in installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, implementation of Server 2003/2008, Exchange Server 2003/2007, ISA, Exchange Clustering.
With MCSE/CCNA preferably.
Experience in system monitoring tools (such as MOM, HP Openview)
Experience in Project feasibility study, planning, design and implementation.
Reporting, documentation, analyze of reports.
Perform remote assist or phone support to oversea customer mainly China and India.
MUST BE SLA-Oriented and acheived the required SLA.
Able to perform 2 rotating shift (9am to 6pm or 2pm to 9pm).
Able to perform monthly server patching (once a month till 2am) with team of 4 engineers.
