Description
Position 1: Consultant FICO/SDMM
You will provide the expertise that enables the successful implementation and/or maintenance of SAP systems. You must have strong consulting skills and SAP product knowledge, ability to assist clients in their design, good configuration skills and ability to share best practices in the industry or functional areas that you serve.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP projects with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations experience for Lead Consultant
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Senior/Consultant role
• Able to perform track lead role and able to support presales and solutioning
• Able to front customer and manage scope including faciliate the requirements gathering sessions
• Good communication skills and written skill in English.
For SAP FI/CO
• At least 2 years of consulting experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with at least 1 fullproject life-cycle experience
• Good Accounting background will be an added advantage
ForSAP SD/MM
• At least 2 years of consulting experience in SAPLogistics with at least 1 full project life-cycle experience
• Experience in SAP SRM (Enterprise Buyer) will be an added advantage.
Position 2: Consultant FICO
• Analysis of business requirements
• Design and implementation of full solutions
o Can deliver complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors
o Able to identify best practice solutions where conflicting requirements exist
o Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
• Coach and develop skills within a project team
o Keep abreast with SAP latest technology and development and share internally
• Fully understands projects commercial accountability on project and takes responsibility for ensuring that commitments are met
• Take an active part in the risk identification and mitigation process across all project activities
Skillsets Required:
• Minimum 2-4 years of FI/CO experience (implementation or post implementation support)
• Understanding of user exit programming knowledge and debugging skills (ABAP)
• Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams
• Possess good leadership qualities
• Possess good time management skills
• Can effectively hold a one to one interview or meeting with client senior management levels.
• Able to provide strong feedback and coaching to enhance the performance of client or
team members in potentially difficult situations
