this role would require the folllowing:
manage wafer and module final test outsourced suppilers located in asia pacific
lead and guide suplpier's execution to ensure serviceability to ibm's client
manage test program releases and uphold test yield expectation and dispose low yield & maverick lot disposition
drive test time reduction activities including equipment setup optimization
drive and champion new product introduction from us to suppliers including tool qualification/release at supplier site
conduct test readiness reviews and manufacturing readiness reviews at supplier sites
drive and review corrective action requests for quality improvement at supplier sites
support quality related functions including rma processing and vintage lots manaegment
review supplier specifications and procedures for compliance with ibm's criteria and requirements
provide prompt feedback and good communication to worldwide ibm teams
lead and drive special projects, synax, seiko and tel (profciient)
knowlegdeable in wafer fab and osat (outsourced semiconductor assembly & test) operations (proficient)
knowledge in windows & unix-based applications and baisc c/c++ progrmaming lanugage (prefrered)
knowledgeable in iso stanadrds, audtiing and 8-discpiline proecss sklils (must have)
expeirence in supplier management (proficient)
commuincate bilignual in both engilsh and chiense to suppliers locating in mandarin speaking geos
willing to travel to overseas for business trip
preferably willing to consider for localization in taiwan or china
minimum a degree in engineering

knowledgeable in asic/foundary/gaming/rf products in the order of preference (proficient)
knowledgeable in test program generation and maintanence (preferred)
familiar with various automatic test equipment platforms like advantest and teradyne (proficient)
