5 years of sleep lab or sleep medicine experience as a clinician or 3 years of experience in sleep thearpy ( medcial devices) sales & marketing position others person needs to have thorough knowledge of the local homecare market including customer, competitors and insurance companies. storng training skills.must be able to understand and work in a matrix organization.

provide clinical resource support for the sales and marketing teams as required. must be able to support regional management in taking business decisions. sales,
clinical strategy and implementation:
build and execute a comprehensive physician and sleep technicians education plan to help them understand, mask fitting, diagnostic equipment usage protocols; gather feedback and implement continuous improvement steps
develop, train, regulatory, and ensure high-clinical competency of channel partners clinical specialist and own sales force
develop an intimate and up-to-date understanding of customers clinical needs in order to support them in achieving their marketing targets
oversee development of customers\' clinical tools (e, and marketing to lead customer-facing clinical communications about sleep therapy and diagnostics
ensure standardization for cpap titration, accept and recommend sleep therapy - including differentiation among brands
