lead conference calls and meetings, influence, address questions with sense of urgency & ownership, suppliers, and management within and outside the department, advise, promote, receive and/or share information, negotiate, peers, staff.
evaluate supplier performance and prepare feedback.
participate as key member of the commodity team and core team as signle ponit of conatct for continuity of supply.
good knoweldge of grahpics and spreasdheet sofwtare appliactions.
proir supply chain expeirence a bouns, but not a must. devleop and administer improvement programs.
function as single point of contact for material shortage related escalations from regional buyer/planner to world wide procurement.and interpersonal communication skills, written,
excellent verbal.
identification and mitigation of potential risks to dell\'s supply chain to ensure continuity of supply for all factories.
develop long-term relationships with senior management of strategic suppliers for materials, services and technology
bachelor\'s degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
strong strategic agility to analyze competitive environment and industry trends to drive proper supply chain strategy
strong command skills to lead global supply team and to ensure implementation and execution of continuity of supply strategy
ability to think and act globally across multiple cultures, time zones and functions
strong ability to analyze impact of changes in price, availability and eco\'s (engineering changes orders) on continuity of supply.
