you should have degree in business or in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in a fast-paced mnc, with exposure in both factory and business environments, and handling large proejcts. you must have good interpersonal and communciation skills and is creative, pro-active and highly motivated with good initiatives at work. you must be able to work independently and as a team.
focal point of contact for the business team to all supply chain related functions.program manager role
- facilitates and moderates core meetings, and captures notes and action items
- drives and manages project activities
- develops the project plan with the team
- manages the team\'s performance of project tasks
- escalation of issues that cannot be resloved in the team
- resposnible for communication, on schdeule, risk manaegment
- ensruing projects are delievred wihtin bugdet, inclduing status repotring, and wihtin scope

- develops project management tools to assist in the successful completion of all projects
- coordinates weekly/monthly project status meetings with core project teams and executive sponsors
- manage cross-functional resource and schedule conflicts
- provide coaching and guidance to in-business pms
- execution of projects - accountability for success!

- define and review project prioritization with ems slt
