- analyse training needs of the hotel in general and in indiivdual departments, business financial results etc to measure success of training
- prepare and montior training programs for management trainees and trainees on work attachment, management develpoment training and health & safety training
- maintain hotel training records, developing strategies and including then in the anunal
training plan
- in-depth understanding of intercontinential hotels group training standards
- prepare, statistics and training & development budgets and include in a monthly training report

- demonstrates an awareness of health & safety policies and procedures and includes where relevant in training courses
- assists in ad-hoc hr projects and be actively involved in all hr initiatives
- assists in the day-to-day workflow in the hr department
- ability to analyse metrics/statistics, prepare action plans and communicate in written reports
ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
- 5 years of relevant training experience in the hospitality industry
- diploma in training & development/ human resource development
- preferably with full acta certification with experience in conducting wsq programs
- must be familiar with sdf and srp claim procedures
- proficient in microsoft office applications
