qualifications
education and experience:
the crm solution development manager shuold have a degree in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in-depth knowledge and experience designing, developing and deploying microsoft dynamics crm version 4 or greater, from end users to executive management; provide insight to strategic technology planning, interfaces with all levels across the customer organization, with a proven delivery track record within the singapore market, business case development, business process improvement and portfolio transformation
