job summary:the role will lead a team of isrs.experience leading a team is preferred.
actively develop targeted prospecting campaigns in conjunction with the saels and markteing team
make appointments and track and communicate outstanding follow-up actions for rsa business development managers/channel managers
act as a backup contact for the direct saels team for customer and channel saels
systems competency
become a “system” expert on salesforece.com to increase efficiency of the systems for the sales and marketing organisations
improve the quality of the sales and marketing database by consistently updating the database and suggesting enhancements to the structure of the database.energetic and motivated person

qualifications and experience:

previous experience in a telesales role, with experience gained with an it vendor or through an appropriate channel partner (min 6 years +.
must be eager to learn rsa products/technology
previous experience with crm systems
must be able to quickly grasp understanding of technical products and communicate this information succinctly and professionally
desirable
previous experience with salesforce.com
experience selling complex solutions. programs, qualification and management
manage ap annuity business through engaging install base for renewals
identify revenue opportunities through engagement of renwals and qualification of all inbound opportunities and leads
provide meaningful and qualified leads to both rsa direct sales and channel resources
develop credibility with the channel by consistently delivering tangible value to channel partners
work closely with the marketing group, etc…
run targeted prospecting campaigns to generate sales in given market segments or per product lines, improving effectiveness of future marketing programs by analyzing leads and sales outcomes of campaigns,
