general summary
provides technical and consultative support on emc technical solutions opportunities on a range of it consulting engagements. works closely with emc proejct managers, otehr ts persnonel, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.
skills and education:
analytical ability.
demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. and propose appropriate enterprise solutions, create business case justifications, identify requirements, key responsibility is to assist senior staff with the successful execution of all consulting engagements including evaluating custmoers\'\' strategic business issues.performs according to established safety standards.
desired experience:
2 – 5 yearsexperience in a similar role.maintaining and submitting activity/progress reprots and time/record management reports in accordance with published procedures,
experience preparing.provides knowledge transfer throughout and at the completion of assigned projects.works in conjunction with emc ts colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementations.data gathering, interacts with clients in presentations, and analysis activities.
experience in system/product implementation and integration, specifically in otp, siem and dlp products (ideally experience in rsa products).

participates in delivery of systems, products.maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures,
prepares.ensures that all project communication with the customer goes through the engagement project manager.seeks advice or assistance from ts management as required during difficult customer situations.
