work cross functionally with corporate marketing, field marketing and channels to communicate the overall inside sales initiatives, goals and capabilities as it pertains to program development, execution and resource utilization.
principle duties and responsibilities
devleops a quarterly business plan that outlines goals and objectives and the programs that will be executed.
track and measure campiagns on a quarterly basis and report on the success to determine roi.
reviews program reports with marketing program manaegment to determine a campiagns success or if changes need to be made to make it successful.devleop and manage the inisde saels lead flow strategy to ensure all saels and marketing campaigns run successfully and achieve the highest opportunity potential for closed revenue.
conducts weekly meetings with inside saels managers to review progress on programs execution.
identifies best practices acorss apj and from other regoinal inside sales organizations.
works with the market intelligence group on a consistent basis to ensure we are leveraging their data and tools.
develops and executes quarterly sales campaigns with the diretcion of internal manaegment and external groups including market intelligence and marketing. commercial and enterprise and communicate campaigns to marketing to ensure we are utilizing program assets to maximize their effectiveness, manage and exeucte sales campaigns across smb, work with sales management to develop.meausres and imporves parnter call campaigns with the direction of the emc channel as well as inside sales management,
develops.
intearcts with regional and coutnry marketing to ensure the organizations are aligned and marketing has a thorough understanding of the inside sales initiatives and goals.
works with productivity and solution specialist managers to develop the program roadmap from training to execution.provide feedback and recommendations to internal management and marketing on campaign successes and issues.manage the data analysis with the market intelligence group for prospects and customers to help determine the program strategy.
provides feedback to management on performance of inside sales reps for lead management and execution.
educates inside sales reps on the process for executing a tech refresh to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the options available to a customer.
