job description
as the territory sales representative for general business, you are responsible for developing and managing the overall business relationship, increasing profitable revenue & wallet share, and client satisfaction for assigned large enterprise clients in various industries.

you identify and prioritize opportunities, develop saels strategies, engage in consultative selilng and lead/facilitate the ibm team to close opportunities in your assigned territory.facilitate and/or conduct successful negotiations with clients and ensure that ibm delivers on promised results, you plan.
you identify and validate ibm opportunities, communicate information with appropriate members of the extended team supporting the client and assign appropriate owners within ibm or channels to drive opportunities to closure, while facilitating client's commitment to ibm.

you plan and develop an effective account plan, execute an effective relationship coverage strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior and working level with key decision makers and influencers in the client organisation.you develop and implement an ibm strategy for the client which add value to the client's business while ensuring ibm's revenue and profit objectives are met.
you will monitor key ibm activities within the client environment and ensure overall client satisfaction.
