the senior integrated technology services mgr (itsm) is responsible for identifying opportunities for ibm selected infrastructure solutions (sis) including relevant industry-specific infrastructure solutions, and all integrated technology services offerings.
participates in the cross-team workout session, personally addressing intergated techonlogy serivces and sis issues.improves cleint's roi by leading with ibm technology serivces to address those client pain points. national origin, age, religion, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, gender, gender identity or expression, disability, color, sexual orientation, or veteran status, genetics.
after validation of sis opportnuities, engages the intergated technology services integrated solutions specialist (iss) or other professional within infrastructure solutions, geography or brand team to transition responsibility opporutnity ownership. leverages all applicable ibm sis offerings and integrated technology services offerings to ensure additional sell-on opportunities and reaffirms ibm's relationship capital with the client.executes sales leadership and demonstrates sales proficiency for assgined client(s).
acts as the single point of contact for glboal services integrated technology services and sis sales.
assumes additional responsibilities as assgined.
works with and or takes diretcion from ibm client teams and the igs sales leader when applicable. will also receive sales guidance from the clutser unit exectuive (cue) for the assigned cluster.serves as the integrated technology services and sis leader for the assigned cfu.
utilizes working knowledge of integrated technology services and specialized knowledge of sis as well as expertise to address complex client issues that represent \"client pain points\". platforms,
requires knowledge across multiple services areas, processes and architectures.
assigned to either an integrated account, or one or more alinged cluster of accuonts. will reoprt into and take busniess direction from a single setcor or regoinal global services integrated technology services executive, when assigned to an aligned cluster.will report dircetly to the mangaing dircetor who will redner business direction, when assigned to integrated accounts.only in rare instnaces will he/she asusme the role of opportunity owenr for a speicfic transcation with the client.devleops opportunities for integrated technology services and/or sis that result from technology sales.
overall has knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining executive business relationships as a trusted advisor.
works collaboratively with the client team and other brands during the opportunity identification and validation sales stages to ensure not only maximize inclusion of sis and/or integrated technology services content, but must also ensure we are representing the full ibm value proposition (fully clothing the sis/integrated technolgy service opportunity with other services or products).anticipates and leverages integrated technology services engagements that could support or lead to an infrastructure solution and/or technology sale. has responsibility for establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with it and business executives from the client\'s multiple business units and or divisions.
