job description
the enterprise select territory sales rep tsr is responsible for the overall ibm relationship with established key select enterprise accounts in gb- enterprise distribution territory.
delivering the revneue and profit growth objectives for the assigned accounts. in your assigned set of accounts, ibm market share, busniess partner organisations and marketing teams, revenue and profit,
lead and participate in cross functional brnad sales, to develop cleint vaule propositions which clearly identify financial and business benefits
accountable for assigned client\'s total client satisfaction.experience in relationship building and coverage of high c-level executives will be key.
continuously built strategic win and competitive take-out client references.revenue and profit growth (2x gmv or min 20% yty) of the assigned accounts in the distribution territory,
key objectives: customer satisfaction.
a good degree from a recognized university with min 5 years of direct selling and key major account management experience in an mnc. experience in distribution territorry (namely cpg & wholesale, retail and hospitality) will be preferred.
own and lead the growth plan strategy and development of the assigned accounts
leading the extended ibm team and business partner organization, in developing sufficient opporutnity pipeline to achieve the revenue and services signings (both short-term and long-term) and cross-brnad product mix objectives.
select and prioritize high-growth and value revenue opportnuities thruogh ibm client value creaitons actiivties/inititaives.
drvie and lead in opporutnity qualifciation with the brand and then subseuqently pasisng the opportunity ownesrhip to brand team and/or business parnters/ isvs.
indiivdual must be matrued enough to create needs and opportunities, collaborative selling through systems integrator and business partners, identify accounts with growth potential and propensity to spent and drive business development and effective account management in the assigned sets of accounts.
perform a substantial coordination work between the different business units within ibm to drive deal closure, as well as to resolve post-sales issues.
expect to provide direction and leadership in complex and high revenue/tcv and high value opportunities in the assigned set of accounts.
