dealing with ambiguity:
. revenue and margins within the smb direct and commercial channel (hardware resellers, distributors, vars) routes to market, (40%)
a. developing and driving regional saels programs to align with the company\'s strategic goals and supoprt hyper-growth in services penetration.the saels programs must successfully differentiate dell\'s services value proposition.
