your responsibilities
the objective of onecrm is to increase the efficiency, productivity and effectiveness of the commercial activities between philips and the account, optimizing value for both philips and the account.
creating awareness on site (loacl) level that this program is about change management and as such accountable for the site readiness assessments before the implementation.
act as primary interface pre implementation, during implementation and post implementation between the usres (saels / markteing commnuity) and the reigon as well as glboal team.
deifne and delvier on busniess case and kpi as singed off by local leader
asusre that procseses are harmnoized; espeically saels proecss harmonziation and matser data, in line with the global busniess diretcion and that claer kpi\'s are defnied before any initiative is triggered.by publishing in internal media,
create proof points of success, and sharing with other regions and sectors.
your profile
more than 3 years experience in a functional role in b2b sales
experience with change management processes
academic background with business/commercial direction
fluency in spoken english
strong relationship and project management skills
the person should be well structured, open minded and being creative in solving problems, disciplined and showing perseverance.the crm business champion is responsible for developing and deploying the onecrm program in a selected group of roll-out countries, working in tandem with the in-country mutlti-functional roll-out team . this all based upon the global aligned and agreed change management and communication structure. he/she is driving the implementation making sure the program delivers according objectives, expressed in kpi\'s. he/she will deliver on the key enablers of the change: master data, process harmonization and change management for the roll-out countries.through the teamnull, he/she should show a drive for success.our approach is to observe and listen to people - our customers, consumers and stakeholders- to ensure that what we do every day addresses their real needs and aspirations in life. deliver and control the implementation of onecrm in close conjunction with the crm sector champion on the phases; define,
plan, and report in the global bbs format, implement and learn, build.
