the digtial strategy manager/director must possess the skills to align and integrate the (imt) mcc team with the ibm digital framweork and integrate the (imt) team in the execution of the framework components. high-potential individuals, with a proven track record of program management and change management success, successful candidates are likely to be high-performing.
o content optimization: drvie continuous improvement of content and messaging, based on measured busniess outcomes.
critical skills
1. this will be done by working with the chq digital strategy team and the (imt) head of mcc to design and execute a program of work that achieves the four components of the ibm digital framework.

the digital strategy manager/director will be the lynchpin in enabling the transfromation of ibm\'s digital presence in (imt). digital thought leadership and strategic insight
6. this is envisaged as an 18 month assignment working in an area of utmost strategic importance to ibm\'s commercial success, and thereby having direct visibility to ibm senior leadership.
