the finance specialist will in charge of aspects of sap related process and work such as invoicing and creation of wbse (job codes) and scanning of invoices to accounts payable in singapore and malaysia.

- valdiate the complteeness and accruacy of payemnts by ensruing that all supproting docuemnts are in oredr.

- wbs creation and closure in sap
- customer billings
- monitor and follow up with pms on:
- accounts receivable
- advance billing
- unbilled services
- assist in pulling out project p&l from sap for all active projects in se asia during month end
- assist in projects revenue analysis
- create and delete rcc subscriptions
- perform eac and ode changes in sap
- collating all the documentation for eac and ode changes
- prepare audit schedules - related to projects
- work closely with country finance manager to ensure prompt delivery of monthly results
