role summary/purpose the commercial / risk leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. contract program managers, and saels organiaztions in the development of sales strategies and proposals
· develop procseses to support the extended risk management team,
essential responsibilities · provide financial and technical leadership for the risk management team in the development of risk management strategies and proposals for new and existing service contracts
· provide financial & technical expertise in the development of an overall risk management strategy for ge
· lead underwriting and annual reviews of customized service agreements and otehr products
· work to identify key opportunities for the application of risk assessment tolos
· develop financial & technical modleing processes for service products, ensuring business objectives are met in the proposal process
· work across internal organizations to instill core knowledge / competency on service products and contract processes
· provide expertise to services, markteing, engineering stfaf, sales and other ge organizations
· lead effrots to autmoate modeling processes and analtyical tools for more tiemly and accruate information sharing

qualifications/requirements · bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college
· at least 5 additional years of experience in a risk management position supporting a sales or marketing function
desired characteristics · bachelor\'s degree in finance is preferred
· strong oral and written communication skills
· strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· sound business acumen
