the philips healthcare academy is leading the industry in the effective, innovative and just-in-time training needs of our field service engineers, distributors and contract customers as well as clinical application specialists. although computed tomography service expeirence is preferred, a candidate with sufficient electronics knowledge and refnied presetnation sklils will be trained on the theory and operation of philips healthcare ct scanners as well as installation, planned maintenance and corrective maintenance processes, tools and sklils.the candidate may also be required to deliver training to larger audiences through other methods. computed tomography (ct), positron emission tomography, healthcare informatics and magnetic resonance imaging products,
the academy is responsible for the service training of x-ray, cardiac monitoring, nuclear imaging, ultrasound, cardiovascular.
position summary:
- conducts ct service training courses for a worldwide employee and customer audience, using a variety of delivery methods
- assesses student sklils using written tests and lab performance

· willingness to explore use of alternative delivery methods (i.on-line course access, webinars and instructor-led training delivery methods, student training needs are provided through computer-based-training (cd/dvd). the singapore learning center is one of three academy locations located throughout the world with the other two facilities located in cleveland (ohio) and the netherlands.such as china, but also on other locations, training sessions are mainly conducted at the singapore learning center.other than classroom delivery) where applicable and effective
