- supervise the bell desk activities
- responsible for sorting and distributing gusets mail
- provide information pertaining to all hoetl services and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
- ensure the lobby is always kept in a clean and orderly manner
- responsible for the maintenance and update of the hotel information directory
- prepare work schedule for bell services
- lead a team of bell services & doorman personnel
- handle all guest feedback in a professional manner
ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
- diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years of front office/concierge/bell serivce experience
- strong interperonal and leadership skills
- passion to delvier excellent service
- bilingual in english and another language
- able to perform 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- able to work independently with minimum supervision
