title: powerpoint presentations, inclduing document preparation, and insurance supported transactions
supports commdoity industry letter of crdeit administration activity, multi-lateral agnecy, and administration of distributed deals
manages execution and administration of trdae related assets purchased in the secondary market
ensures that risk-mitigated or purchased deals are correctly reflected in the respective credit and trdae systems
prepares various distrbiution-related reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
works closely with the distribution sales team in preparing ad-hoc reports, tracking, signature verification and updating mrpa files for all investors
works closely with credit and trade operations on the ongoing management, and maintenance of the relevant databases
assists with execution of master risk particpiation agreements ("mrpa"), with a special focus on distribution and risk participation
performs administrative functions in support of the trade distribution activities, deal booking, and providing excel spreadsheet calculations
provides administrative support for eca, and reporting
control function for receivables purchase transactions
additional trade middle office functions as required, tracking, including mark-to-market calculations,

trade solutions delivery (tsd) is responsible for the successful implementation of all trade products including traditional trade. it is also responsible for the transactional control aspects of credit related trade products and support of the trade's export credit agency and portfolio management (distribution) activity.and/or commodity-based letter of credit flow activity would greatly enhance the candidate's profile
familiarity with traditional trade and supply chain products
strong desire to learn all aspects of trade and supply chain products and related credit administrative functions
good communication skills and strong mathematical abilities
meticulousness, with an eye for details
ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
proficiency with microsoft office applications (powerpoint, excel, access),
experience required:
at least 5 years experience of handling the administrative aspects for trade finance related transactions
experience in handling trade distribution middle office function is preferred
experience with receivables purchase transactions, eca and insurance supported transactions.
this position is a trade solution delivery (distribution) specialist reporting to the regional head of trade solution delivery, and will be based in singapore.
