handles emergencies in repair work
carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and equipment according to the standards and requirements
perform daily startup, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment according to the standards and requirements
maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work

attend and handle complaints regarding maintenance works
comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management of the hotel and department
ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
ntc 2 in electrical or mechanical engineering
at lesat 2 yeras reltaed expeirence in faciilties engineering
serivce-orineted with storng deisre in achiveing cusotmer satisfcations
demontsrated storng abiilty to work indepednently and as a team
good organiaztional sklils with excellent follow-up abiilty
presetnable and plesaant persoanlity
fair spoken and written english
