the project manager focuses on the project and program management of integrated client solutions featuring microsoft-based technologies. financial budgets and timelines, customer expectations, risks, issues, balancing the develpoment nedes of team memebrs with the requierments of the project
primary pre-saels responsbiilities:
- lead deal shaipng actiivties in accodrance with organization stanadrds and polciies
- asisst in driivng business develpoment inititaives with microsoft and accenture and otehr allaince parnters
- supoprt relatoinship based selling to customers while working closely with business development representatives & other technical consultants, deliverables, scope, and quality
- ensure compliance with corporate standards (legal, commercial, methodology, etc) throughout all delivery management activities
- create a participative work environment,
primaryresponsibilities:
- serves as project manager; manage multiple teams on one or more deployment efforts
- develop realistic work estimates, anticipating potential obstacles to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and on budget to the customer\'s satisfaction
- manage the overall project plan.we share best practices and solve problems through teamwork.project delivery and exposure to application management and support
- broad experience in running multiple simultaneous projects of varying sizes and complexities
- strong commercial awareness
- strong customer relationship and consulting skills,
- develop strong relationships with partners and customers
- work with the marketing function and business development representatives to develop business development collateral and leverage avanade capabilities
qualifications
- more than 8 years of it project management experience
- demonstrated customer delivery track record implementing microsoft dynamics ax (>$2m) or other erp / packaged systems
- experience working as part of a consulting organization delivering projects / programs of work into enterprise or government customers
- experience in proposal development, project estimation.a sound knowledge of the systems development lifecycle is required.
