lead the site initiative to achieve external hse&f certifications.self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. emission, hse&f auditing and facility management, occupational health, discharge & waste management, industrial hygiene, technical knowledge of the following aspects is essential: safety engineering, iso14001 & ohsas18001.
the hse&f leader assures the integration of hs&e requirements in alignment with honeywell behaviors as well as site needs and serves as the site hse technical expert.bachelor degree in safety & environment science, engineering or related field.
develops and maintains procedures to ensure compliance to all local and company requirements.
education level and/or relevant experience(s)
.extensive knowledge in applicable singapore health, safety and environmental regulations as well as knowledge and experience in developing hse management systems.experience with iso 14001 preferred. demonstrated computer skills.
develops working relationships with local regulatory agencies and serves as site point of contact for all inspections and inquiries.
develop and maintain a contractor hse program. six sigma, and lean enterprise facility efforts,
facility/equipment management
drive continuous improvement.manage hse related program and develop repair/replacement guidelines to maintain facility and building in compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
lead and spearhead the hse-hos integration and support hos implementation at the site.at least 7 years working experience related.
