initial purchasing for assigned purchasing commodities
- source, price trends, capacity trend, negotaition skills, negotiate, quality sytsem which leads to total supply chain will be preferred
- expeirence in managing a purchasing & sourcing/ in a fast moving consumer electronics/pc/ems, quality and delivery performance
- work closely with i&d teams in identifying new components and new suppliers ( if needed ) or developed current suppliers
- manage the relationships with suppliers to ensure full alignment of technologies and products
- ensure cost competitiveness for the businesses via cost benchmark, select and manage suppliers
- define and deploy commodity strategies - managing the diversity of components for product development
- manage suppliers base in order to achieve competitive costs, non use of banned substance are signed
- collaborate with sqa to improve supplier performance
- planning database for the respective package, cost workshops
- support claim of non quality cost
- ensure gpa (general purchasing agreement) are signed with suppliers
- ensure sustainability, inter-personal skills and influencing capabilities -storng communication skills are necessary
-ability to work independently with suppliers and internal customers at all levels -ability to work with various culture
- technical know-how in electronics or mechanical fields coupled with related purchasing experience ( especially in project purchasing and sourcing) in a fast moving electronics industry will be an added value
- knowledge in the purchasing field like compnoent makret availaiblities, contirbute to component manaegment and matreial requierment
