we have excellent opportunity for an executive housekeeperto join our team! the executive housekeeper will report to executive assistant manager and will oversee and direct all aspects of overall housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms. guest room supplies and amenities
supervises contractors to ensure contractual compliance
implements and controls housekeeping procdeures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, hygiene, organizational and training abilities

maintains appropriate standards for dress, key control, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
· diploma in hotel manaegment with 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity
· possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· proficient in the use of microsoft office
· problem solving, reasoning, facilities, facilities, motivating, uniforms,
key responsibilities and duties of this role include:
monitors housekeeping personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and courteous serivce
oversees laundry operations
scheudles routine inspections of all housekeeping areas by/with the housekeeping executive and other supervisory personnel
inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, security & emergency procdeures and enviromnental procedures
wokrs cloesly with human resources team on manopwer planning and requierments
works cloesly with finnace team in the prepaartion and management of the depatrment's bugdet
idaelly, apperaance, such as lost & fonud service, and equimpent are clean and in good repair
mangaes spirng clenaing schedules
maeks recommendations to the executive assistant manager and general manager regarding the upkeep of furnishings, posture and conduct of housekeeping personnel
conducts regular department meetings
identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment.lunch and dinner, dim sum specialties and fresh seafood presented by its team of hong kong chefs; lobby lounge is a relaxed hangout joint for house guest and patrons, a la carte options offers the best of western and local asian delights; xin cuisine chinese restaurant is set in classic decor and renowned for its authentic cantonese cuisine, all day dinning featuring an extensive daily buffet for breakfast,
