the citiphone officer will answer all incoming calls, assess customers' enquiries and provide resolution. matured, patient, weekends and public holidays,
other responsibilities include:
promoting citibank proudcts/services/benefits to potential customers
perform anti-attrtiion actiivties and crsos-selilng of bank products and bank channels
provdiing daily productivity and mis records of problems and inquiries handled for management review
the ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirement
polytechnic diploma with preferably 2-3 years experience in a service related industry
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
good command of written and spoken english and one other spoken language (mandarin or malay) to liaise with non english speaking clients
service-oriented and able to work under pressure; sales driven, meticulous and analytical
candidates must be prepared to work shift hours.
