you will be the strategic business hr partner, taking a proactive and leading role in managing the hr functions such as staffing, compensation & benefits management and performance management. you will play a leading role in formulating staffing plans and determining recruitment strategies (including talent pool recruitment) based on the organization needs,
for staffing.you are to lead the annual salary review rounds and make recommendations to the management team and business managers, in addition.you should be capable of initiating hr interventions and transalting business objetcives into hr delivreables, worikng cloesly with key stakeohlders.
you will furhter play a key role in the empolyee engaegment and leanring inititaives to brnig the organization to a new level of effectiveness. you will involve in ad-hoc hrm projects, moreover.preferably with a generalist background; c&b experience is a definite advantage
- preference will be given to candidates with experience working in large multi-national-corporations, dynamic individual with business and commercial acumen, dealing with the design and manufacturing of consumer products

job requirements:
- bachelors degree in business/hrm
- 5 years of experience, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a good team player
- ability to be a strategic thinker and planner to the business and able to be able to achieve operational excellence through optimizing daily operationsnull, pro-active.
you are also responsible for managing compensation & benefits (c&b) at a strategic level, formulating and/or adapting c&b programs and processes to fulfill the organization needs.
