. use process knowledge to educate customers to reduce re-occurrence of the enquiry at future date. ensure incoming enquiries to shraed serivce cetner are ansewred in a professional and effiicent manner
. expeirence in hr shared service center will be an adedd advatnage
. line mangaers and hr busniess partners to enable them to effectively use the hr portal and other relevant on-line tools for completing transactions
, provide support to employees.ability to converse in english and bahasa indonesia is essential
. personal integrity when handling confidential information
