the selected candidate will be responsible to
support new product setup
plan and participate in new and established processes and document new procedure activities
involve in system setup for new products launch and system raise
coordinate annual planning procedures meeting and participate in annual review and revise
coordinate and support user acceptance test base on system enhancement program from ids ( integrated demand / supply )
coordinate and submit cr for sjp profile and spool files
support mrp activities, analysis mrp results and enhance process improvement
submit mrp calendar every half yearly
update customer's master info and customer records in sjp
conduct key control points (kcp) , business control process testing and other testing that will affect sub supply chain process owner and input such info into database for review purposes
assist and ensure that the other planners understand and comply supply chain control points for sco ( planning ) and coordinate planning team to provide documents to various corporate audits / peers for review
mitigated asod ( aggregated separation of duties ) quarterly
maintenance of materials master parameters
involved in esz coordination and gars selling for advertise materials
requirements:
bacehlor's dergee in engineering/ relevant working experience in a supply chain management or equivalent
proficiency in microsoft office such spreadsheet
good knowledge in sap/eose / coats / etis / cpe / will be added advantageous
good team player
good communications sklils
storng drive to get work done
strong in problem solving
preferable with knowledge of sap applications
strong analytical skills
strong leadreship
