ideally, acconuting or finance with certified public accountant (cpa) qualifications, you'll have a bachelor of business.commercial and government banks to effectively control the assets of the business and to proivde business support, executive committee and depatrment heads, tax consultants, liaise with hoetl's owner, auditors, insurance compnaies, provide funcitonal guiadnce to the genreal mangaer, you'll ovesree the finance department.etc, oprea, you'll have excellent knoweldge of hotel accounting, eg: sun, mircos, reseravtions and ponit of sales systems.
