- asisst with cretaing new promtoions
- supervise funcitons & restaurant service
- assist in staff counseling
- to constantly monitor staff performance and conduct on the job training for service attendants
- work closely with supervisor on manpower planning and management needs
- work closely with supervisor in the preparation and management of the department's budget and forecast
- responsible to create guest experience to achieve set heart beat goal
- observe work place safety to ensure no risk for our both internal and external guests
ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
- diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- fluent in written and spoken english & chinese
- service & result oriented with strong desire in achieving total customer and staff satisfactions
