job description this position is responsible for operations and maintenance of major liquid and dry process equipment in the process lab.

. quality principles in a food manufacturing environment, ehs, knowldege in gmp.this includes guidance and supervision of third party maintneance and calibration contractors.
5) monitor and execute routine maintenance actiivties reltaed to assgined process and lab equimpent.

duties and responsibilities
1) operation of assigned pilot scale equipment (spray dryer, evaporator, uht and cip) in conformance to gmp.
4) troubleshooting of process equipment.
. experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of process equipment.
. experience in handling of above mentioned equipment and analytical instruments (moisture analyzer, ph meters)is an added advantage.
7)perform duties other process-related tasks, such as, print labels, process tracking, documentation preparation, etc.housekeeping, monitoring and sampling,
