a) required skills, knowledge and experience
degree or equivalent in it
minimum 8 years' experience working in operations environments. and willingness to make changes to improve operational efficiency through innovation, with a positive & pro-active attitude to work, process and procedure, enthusiasm and attention to detail
highly motivated individual, clearly and precisely both verbally and in writing
excellent english language skills - understanding and speaking with a very clear accent
