job function the position will involve analyzing semiconductor ic samples to determine root cause of their failure. conclusion of the analysis work is summarized as a report for driving corrective action.optical microscope, proficiency in usage of failure analysis tool such as curve tracer, 2d & 3d x-ray imaging, emission microscope, scanning electron microscope is preferred.this will involve use of various state-of-the-art analytical tools, processing the acquired data and information sets to arrive at a conclusion regarding the cause of failure.
skills/experience solid theoretical knowledge of analog and digital electronics is a must. ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional team between u.prior experience in test program development and operation of automatic test equipment(ate) such as verigy and teradyne is highly preferred. quality engineering, design engineering, and foudnry engineering temas is necessary, high leevl of collabroation and intercation with diffreent proudct engineering.
eduaction requierments required: bachelor\'s, electrical engineering or equivalent experience
preferred: master\'s, electrical engineering or equivalent experience. review of current and historical production, and quality data will be necessary as part of the investigation. and chemical procedures are used to accomplish this goal, various types of electrical, mechanical.is desired, strong ability in usage of common office computer software programs such as ms-word, power point, excel.s. and asia is a must.or yield failures down to a root cause, to analyze design, reliability,
